HR Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced and well-organised HR Recruiter with mandatory experience in Building Construction companies in the UAE to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires close coordination with management, PROs, and site teams to ensure smooth HR recruitment processes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for building construction roles, including:
Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, Chargehands, Skilled & Unskilled Labour, Storekeepers, Timekeepers, Admin, and Support Staff.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Teams on manpower planning, job descriptions, and mobilisation timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) , referrals, recruitment agencies, and internal databases.
- Conduct HR screening and coordinate technical interviews with site/project teams.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower status reports, and joining forecasts.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and follow up on mobilisation and joining
2. Onboarding Management
- Manage onboarding for office and site staff, including document verification and joining formalities.
- Coordination with the PRO Dept for visa formalities.
- Coordinate with the accommodation in charge and site deployment.
- Track probation periods and coordinate confirmations or extensions.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 24 years of UAE experience as HR Recruiter
- Mandatory experience in Building Construction companies
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination skills with site & project teams
- Ability to handle high-volume manpower
- Excellent documentation and compliance discipline
- Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and attendance systems
- Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment
