Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and support our growing marketing agency by hiring qualified and high-potential talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all company vacancies
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Previous recruitment experience within a marketing or creative agency is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
