This is a contract-based freelance role for an experienced HR Recruiter with three years of relevant experience. In this remote position, the HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing healthcare professional candidates to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include conducting recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and applicants.

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
