Qualifications
Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in HR software tools
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to identify and secure top talent
Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment processes
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
