We are looking for an experienced
HR / In-House Recruiter to join our growing real estate business in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a recruitment function from the ground up and play a key role in attracting and onboarding top-performing real estate professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, improving hiring processes, and supporting the company's growth by identifying and hiring high-quality real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate agents and corporate positions as required
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Design and implement structured recruitment and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals
- Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring reports
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices within the UAE real estate market
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within a real estate agency is required
- Proven experience recruiting real estate agents in the UAE
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate attraction methods
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
