Role Description

We are seeking a full-time HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our on-site team in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective job postings, maintain strong relationships with candidates, and ensure a smooth and professional onboarding process.

This is a key position that contributes directly to building high-performing teams within a rapidly growing real estate brand.

Qualifications

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

Strong communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to assess sales-focused and service-oriented talent

Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously

Prior experience in the real estate industry or luxury service sector is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 3,0003,500 per month
