Job Summary:
The HR Recruitment & Onboarding Executive plays a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and compliant recruitment and onboarding experience across the organization. This position is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities and managing the complete onboarding process, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the business from offer acceptance through their first day.
The role works closely with hiring managers, HR stakeholders, and internal support functions to ensure timely hiring, accurate documentation, system readiness, and a positive employee experience. By maintaining strong coordination, attention to detail, and compliance with UAE labor regulations, the HR Recruitment & Onboarding Executive contributes directly to operational efficiency and talent retention.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers, from requisition approval to offer issuance.
- Manage job postings across approved platforms and support candidate sourcing initiatives.
- Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely feedback and candidate communication.
- Prepare offer letters and support salary alignment and approvals in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and reports.
Onboarding
- Act as the primary point of contact for all onboarding activities from offer acceptance to joining.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including document collection, background checks (if applicable), and government-related processes.
- Ensure timely creation of employee profiles and data entry in the HRMS.
- Liaise with IT, Admin, and business stakeholders to ensure system access, tools, uniforms (if applicable), and workspace readiness prior to joining.
- Organize and facilitate new joiner orientations and induction sessions.
- Ensure a positive and compliant onboarding experience aligned with company policies and UAE labor law.
- Track onboarding timelines and metrics, and continuously improve processes based on feedback and operational needs.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital employee files and documentation.
- Support probation confirmations and employee status updates.
- Respond to employee queries related to recruitment, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide general HR administrative support as required.
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 7 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding or a similar HR operations role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience within F&B, hospitality, retail, or professional services is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of onboarding processes and UAE labor law requirements.
- CIPD and/or SHRM certification is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and HR systems such as Bayzat or similar platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
