Job Description


Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for HVAC, MEP, and related fields.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Plan and execute onboarding processes with specific HVAC and MEP industry orientations.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive working environment.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies and industry-specific regulations.
Develop and manage performance appraisal processes tailored to HVAC and MEP roles.
Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and certifications.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including health, safety, and retirement plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for HVAC and MEP employees.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures specific to the HVAC and MEP industry.
Perform recruitment administrative tasks, including sending interview invitations and maintaining records.
Follow up on candidates joining dates and ensure completion of necessary hiring documents.
Learn different sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms.
Conduct phone screenings and schedule interview appointments.
Learn to conduct different types of interviews to assess candidates effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile


Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and HR functions specific to the HVAC and MEP industry.
