HR Specialist (Egypt)

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced HR Specialist with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, personnel administration, and compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions.
- Handle personnel administration, including employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Manage employee relations and resolve HR-related issues.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and end-of-service procedures.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate HR reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced organization.

- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Preferred
- Experience working with multinational or GCC-based companies.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
