Employee Experience & Communication

  • Manage employee queries and cases effectively, ensuring consistent followup, resolution, and appropriate escalation
  • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives in partnership with the HRBP and business leaders

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • A proactive, agile and independent individual who is curious and constantly challenges the status quo
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage employees, retail leaders, and corporate stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail combined with sound judgement and a practical, solutionoriented mindset
