HR Specialist

Job Role:
We are looking for a highly responsible and organized HR Specialist to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing core HR
operations efficiently, while contributing to building a professional work environment
that enhances employee experience and supports the company's operational and
strategic goals.
We are seeking someone who can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
interact professionally with employees and different departments, and demonstrate a
clear understanding of labor regulations and modern HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, contracts, leave
management, attendance, and payroll-related processes.
Execute recruitment processes from job posting and CV screening to
interview coordination and onboarding procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure all data and documentation are
continuously updated and accurately organized.
Support the implementation of internal HR policies and procedures in
compliance with labor laws and approved regulations.
Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and periodic updates for management.
Support initiatives aimed at improving the work environment, employee
experience, and organizational engagement.
Coordinate with different departments to fulfill staffing and operational
requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in Human
Resources.
Professional Knowledge: Good understanding of Saudi labor law and
modern HR practices.
Recruitment & Operations: Experience in recruitment, personnel affairs, and
day-to-day HR operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Communication Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and
relationship-building skills with a professional approach.
