About the Role
Elsewedy Print House is seeking a qualified HR Specialist to support daily human resources operations and ensure the accurate implementation of HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in personnel, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR operations, preferably within a factory or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel files and ensure all employee documents are complete and updated.
- Handle attendance, leave, overtime, permissions, and employee records.
- Support the recruitment process for factory and administrative positions.
- Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding procedures.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, warnings, and official documents.
- Follow up on social insurance, labor office requirements, and personnel procedures.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
- Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and daily HR-related issues.
- Support performance evaluation and employee development processes.
- Prepare periodic HR reports, including headcount, turnover, attendance, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor regulations.
- Coordinate with factory departments regarding workforce requirements and employee matters.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in human resources or personnel.
- Previous experience in factories or manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and personnel procedures.
- Experience in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of attendance systems, payroll inputs, and employee documentation.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Residence in or near 10th of Ramadan City is preferred.
