HR Specialist / Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description The HR Specialist / Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing talent, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions across various functions. Daily tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, writing and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring an efficient, inclusive recruitment experience. The position also involves managing offer processes, supporting onboarding activities, maintaining accurate HR and recruitment records, and contributing to employer branding and talent initiatives that support Grok's growth in the AI sector.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
• Experience with Hiring activities, including offer management, negotiation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills to engage candidates effectively and assess qualifications fairly.
• Knowledge of modern recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
• Understanding of fair hiring practices, diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, and relevant employment regulations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Relevant experience in tech or AI-driven organizations is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
