Job Description

SPECIAL OFFICES CO. is a Saudi-based company & factory specializing in the manufacturing of office, hotel, and residential furniture. The company delivers tailored furniture solutions, supporting a wide range of commercial and residential projects. In addition to production, SPECIAL OFFICES CO. manages projects end-to-end to ensure quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. The organization is known for custom-made designs that align with client requirements and industry standards.

Role Description:

The HR Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, KSA.

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycles (onboarding to offboarding).
  • Oversee local government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad).
  • Ensure absolute compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and Nitaqat targets.
  • Partner with department heads to resolve employee relations matters to foster a positive, inclusive work environment and support workforce development.
  • Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Administer employee benefits, assist in performance management processes, and help implement and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting personnel management, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia is a must. Saudi candidates preferred.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in manufacturing or project-based environments in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).
