The HR Operations Tamheer will support the HR team in delivering efficient and high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR operations and processes within a fast-paced, people-focused environment, making it ideal for fresh graduates or COOP students seeking practical HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Support: Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of HR processes.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding, orientation, internal movements, and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- HR Administration & Documentation: Maintain and organize employee files, contracts, letters, and HR documentation in line with company policies.
- HR Systems & Data Management: Update and maintain employee records on HR systems and trackers, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate HR-related meetings, trainings, inductions, and engagement activities with internal stakeholders.
- Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for basic employee HR queries, escalating complex matters when required.
- Policies & Compliance: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and local labor requirements.
- Reporting & Projects: Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and presentations, and support ongoing HR initiatives and improvement projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HRBP, TA, Payroll, and other HR functions as required to support business needs.

Education
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
