HR Supervisor

A well-known Company in lighting located in Heliopolis since 1994 is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor

Working hours: 8:30 to 5:30

Full Time

Location: Heliopolis

Days off: 2 Days off Fri & Sat

Key Responsibilities

• She will Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• She will Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• She will Support employee integration and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• She should have bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• She should have 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• She should have Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• She should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• She should have Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• She should have Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
