Role Description

This is a paid internship role for an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, located on-site in Giza. In this position, you will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting employer branding activities. The role involves collaborating with hiring teams to match top talent with career opportunities and ensuring a smooth hiring process for candidates.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting processes
  • An understanding of Employer Branding and its role in attracting top talent
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment in Giza
  • Motivation to learn and grow within the talent acquisition and HR field
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
