Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Management Specialist to join our HR team. The role is responsible for driving key talent management processes, including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and Performance Management Systems (PMS) to ensure business objectives are met through people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end Talent Acquisition: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and deliver Training & Development programs aligned with business needs.
  • Coordinate and monitor the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.
  • Support HR projects related to employee engagement, succession planning, and career development.
  • Partner with managers to identify talent gaps and propose solutions.
  • Prepare reports and insights on HR metrics to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (HR diploma/certification is a plus).
  • 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Training, or PMS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
