Role Summary:
The HR Transformation Project Manager drives the design, execution, and successful delivery of strategic HR transformation initiatives. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the organization's people strategy, focusing on process optimization, digital enablement, and operating model evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of HR transformation projects (e.g., HR Operating Model redesign, talent management, process digitization, HRIS enhancements).
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
2. HR Operating Model & Process Optimization
- Evaluate current HR processes and identify areas for simplification, automation, and standardization.
- Support the design and implementation of new service delivery models (e.g., shared services, centers of excellence, HRBP enablement).
- Partner with HR functional leaders to redesign workflows and enhance employee/employer experience.
3. Change Management & Communication
- Create and execute change management plans to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
- Prepare communication materials, training content, and leadership briefings.
- Act as a bridge between project teams, HR leadership, and business stakeholders.
4. Technology & Digital HR Enablement
- Coordinate with IT and HRIS teams on system upgrades, integrations, and new digital tool implementations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology enhancements.
- Support user testing, deployment planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
5. Analytics & Insights
- Track project performance against milestones and KPIs.
- Provide insights to drive data-based decision-making.
- Monitor adoption rates and measure ROI or impact of transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR Transformation, HR Project Management, or HR Program Delivery.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., Talent, Total Rewards, HR Operations).
- Hands-on project management experience (Agile or Waterfall).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow) is a plus.
