Hiring an HRBP with retail (F&B) experience, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time HR Business Partner (HRBP) role based on-site in Dubai.

The HRBP will work closely with department leaders to align human resources practices with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role also involves supporting organizational change, providing guidance to managers, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Retail ( F&B ) Background

Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices

  • Expertise in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in implementing and guiding Performance Management processes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools; analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM)
  • Experience in an on-site role and a fast-paced sales driven environment is preferred
