Job Description

The Digital Engine & Workforce Integrity Guardian. Eliminates manual paper trails by automating workflow transactions, securing attendance integrity across all 21 stores, 2 factories, warehouse, and HQ, and delivering real-time people data.

Results & Outcomes:

Automate HR transactions (leave requests, excuses, approvals) via self-service portals.
Ensure 100% attendance data integrity across all entities by integrating biometric access systems, geotagged mobile check-ins, and automated shift-rostrering tools.
Eliminate timekeeping discrepancies and reduce unauthorized overtime costs by automating attendance-to-payroll integrations.
Build monthly interactive People Dashboards (PowerBI/Tableau) tracking absenteeism, turnover, cost per hire, and headcount productivity for executive management.

Collaboration Map: Works across all HR pillars; partners closely with IT, Store Managers, Factory Leads, and the Total Rewards team.

Pre-Requisites: 5+ years managing HRIS platforms, biometric attendance systems, and HR data analytics; experience in multi-site retail or manufacturing required.

Core Competencies: System logic, PowerBI/Excel mastery, attendance automation tools, and data privacy governance.
