Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on HRIS Lead to own our HR system — leading the full implementation journey from pre-implementation through go-live, and managing system administration thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the HRIS implementation lifecycle: planning, configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live
Manage post-go-live administration: user access, troubleshooting, updates, and vendor coordination
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to align the system with business needs
Train end-users and deliver HR reports and dashboards

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, MIS, or IT
5+ years of directly related HRIS experience
Hands-on Menaitech (or similar ERP) experience — pre-implementation through go-live and administration
