Job Description

Reporting To: Head of SSC

岗位职责

1. HRIS系统全生命周期管理

负责HRIS系统从规划、建设、上线到持续优化的全生命周期管理。结合公司人力资源业务需求,梳理系统需求并推动迭代升级;负责系统配置、权限管理、流程调试及数据接口对接;及时解决系统运行过程中出现的问题,确保系统稳定、高效、安全运行。

2. 人力资源数据体系建设与管理

搭建并持续完善公司人力资源数据管理体系,负责招聘、薪酬、绩效、员工关系、培训等HR全模块数据的收集、录入、校验、整理及归档工作;建立统一的数据标准及数据质量管控机制,定期开展数据审计与稽核,确保数据的准确性、完整性和及时性,为人力资源决策提供可靠的数据支持。

3. HR数据分析与洞察输出

围绕人力资源核心业务场景,定期开展数据统计与深度分析,包括但不限于人员结构分析、招聘效能分析、薪酬福利分析、离职率分析及培训效果分析等;输出标准化、可视化的数据报告及管理仪表盘,识别关键问题与改善机会,提出数据驱动的优化建议,支持科学决策。

4. 系统推广与用户赋能

负责HRIS系统在公司内部的推广与应用,与培训团队协作编制系统操作手册、培训课件及相关支持材料;组织并开展面向HR团队及员工的系统培训,解答用户问题,提升系统使用率和操作熟练度;持续收集用户反馈,推动系统功能优化及业务场景适配。

5. 人力资源信息化流程优化

结合HRIS系统能力,梳理并优化人力资源各项业务流程,包括但不限于入职、转正、调岗、离职及薪酬核算等流程;推动流程线上化、标准化及自动化建设,提升运营效率,降低人工管理成本。

6. 数据安全与合规管理

严格遵守数据安全相关法律法规及公司内部管理要求,负责HR数据安全管理工作;建立并完善数据备份及恢复机制,防范数据泄露、丢失等风险;规范系统权限管理,确保数据访问及操作合规,并定期开展数据安全检查与风险评估。

7. 跨部门协作与供应商管理

与人力资源各职能模块、IT团队及业务部门紧密协作,共同推进HRIS建设、数据治理及流程优化项目;负责与系统供应商的需求沟通、问题跟进、版本升级及合作管理,确保项目顺利实施及系统持续优化;协助推动各类人力资源信息化项目落地。

8. 行业趋势研究与持续优化

持续关注人力资源数字化与信息化发展趋势、HRIS前沿技术及数据管理最佳实践;结合公司业务发展需求,提出并推动人力资源数字化建设优化方案,持续提升HRIS平台能力及数据管理水平,支持公司战略发展。

任职要求

基本要求

教育背景

本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、计算机科学与技术、信息管理与信息系统、统计学等相关专业优先。

工作经验

5年以上HRIS相关工作经验,其中至少3年以上人力资源系统建设、运营及数据管理实操经验。

专业能力

  • 熟练使用飞书(Feishu/Lark)等协同办公工具;
  • 具备优秀的数据分析能力,理解HRIS系统产品逻辑;
  • 熟悉至少一套主流HRIS系统的配置、运维及优化管理;
  • 具备HR数据体系建设、数据治理、数据建模及分析经验者优先;
  • 具备大型企业、互联网或科技公司HRIS相关工作经验者优先。

语言能力

  • 普通话流利,具备优秀的沟通协调、语言表达及公文写作能力;
  • 能够独立编写系统操作手册、数据分析报告及业务需求文档;
  • 英语流利者优先,能够阅读英文系统文档并与海外技术团队或供应商进行沟通协作。

资格认证

  • 持有人力资源相关认证(如PHR、SHRM-CP等)或信息化相关认证者优先;
  • 熟悉SQL及Excel高级功能(包括数据透视表、函数应用及数据可视化)者优先;
  • 具备基础系统开发、API接口对接或系统调试经验者优先。

HRIS Specialist / Senior HRIS Specialist

Position Summary

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), HR data governance, analytics, process digitalization, and system optimization. This role serves as a key partner to HR, IT, and business stakeholders in driving HR operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. HRIS Lifecycle Management

Lead the end-to-end implementation, administration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS platform. Partner with HR stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into system enhancements and upgrades. Manage system configuration, security roles and permissions, workflow setup, and integration interfaces while ensuring stable, efficient, and secure system operations.

2. HR Data Governance and Management

Design, establish, and continuously enhance the organization's HR data management framework. Oversee the collection, validation, maintenance, organization, and archiving of HR data across all functional areas, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development. Develop data standards and quality control mechanisms to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

3. HR Analytics and Reporting

Develop and deliver regular HR analytics and insights across key workforce metrics, including workforce composition, recruitment effectiveness, compensation and benefits, attrition, and learning effectiveness. Produce standardized and visually compelling reports, dashboards, and management insights to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

4. System Adoption and User Enablement

Drive HRIS adoption across the organization through training, communication, and user support initiatives. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create user guides, training materials, and system documentation. Conduct system training sessions, resolve user inquiries, gather feedback, and continuously improve system usability and business alignment.

5. HR Process Digitalization and Optimization

Review, redesign, and optimize HR operational processes, including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, offboarding, payroll-related workflows, and other employee lifecycle activities. Leverage HRIS capabilities to promote process standardization, automation, and digitalization, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual workload.

6. Data Security and Compliance

Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies. Establish and maintain data backup and recovery procedures to mitigate data loss and security risks. Manage HRIS access controls and permissions, ensuring secure and compliant handling of employee information while conducting regular security reviews and audits.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Vendor Management

Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, IT teams, and business stakeholders to drive HRIS initiatives, data governance programs, and process improvement projects. Serve as the primary liaison with external system vendors, managing requirements discussions, issue resolution, system upgrades, and vendor performance to ensure effective partnership and project delivery.

8. Continuous Improvement and Market Intelligence

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging HR technologies, HRIS innovations, and best practices in HR data management. Identify opportunities to enhance the organization's HR technology landscape and data capabilities, driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business growth and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Statistics, or related disciplines.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of HRIS-related experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR systems implementation, administration, optimization, and HR data management.

Technical & Functional Competencies

  • Proficient in Feishu/Lark and related workplace collaboration platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a solid understanding of HRIS product architecture and business processes.
  • Hands-on experience configuring, administering, and optimizing at least one mainstream HRIS platform.
  • Experience in HR data governance, data modeling, workforce analytics, and reporting is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience within large-scale enterprises, technology companies, or internet organizations is highly advantageous.

Language Skills

  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business writing skills.
  • Ability to independently develop system documentation, user manuals, business requirement documents, and analytical reports.
  • Fluent English is preferred, with the ability to read technical documentation and collaborate with overseas vendors and technical teams.

Certifications & Additional Qualifications

  • HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) and/or relevant technology certifications are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functionalities, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization.
  • Experience with system development fundamentals, API integrations, or interface troubleshooting is a plus.
