Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HRMS implementations including requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, and UAT
- Drive process automation across onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and payroll integrations
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and Tier 3 support
- Manage API integrations between HRMS and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/Azure AD)
- Ensure data governance, compliance (GDPR, SOC2), and system security
- Develop dashboards and SQL-based reports for workforce analytics
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of HRIS/HRMS consulting experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong SQL and Advanced Excel (Power Query/VBA) skills
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Relevant HRMS certifications are preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or HR Management (technical focus preferred).
