KSA.Job Description:As an
HSE Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations in the oil and gas industry. You will collaborate closely with our operational teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams to minimize risks and incidents.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with external agencies and regulatory bodies as required.
- Foster a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HSE software applications.
