HSE Deputy Manager (Saudi National)

We are currently seeking a qualified HSE Deputy Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across operations while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and programs

Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company HSE policies

Monitor site safety performance and conduct audits/inspections

Support incident investigation, reporting, and corrective actions

Promote a strong safety culture across all departments

Coordinate training, awareness programs, and HSE documentation

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline

Minimum 10 years experience in theHealth, Safety & Environment (HSE) field

NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) mandatory

International HSE Diploma Level 6

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
