Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Officer with 7-10 years of proven expertise in the UAE, including hands-on experience with ADNOC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of offshore HSE operations and be passionate about driving a culture of safety and compliance in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE and ADNOC HSE standards across all operations (onshore and offshore).
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and oversee the implementation of HSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Lead emergency response planning and drills for offshore operations.
- Oversee and audit Permit-to-Work systems and ensure contractor compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment.
- Provide regular HSE training and awareness programs for site personnel.
- Prepare and submit detailed HSE reports, including near-miss and incident investigations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Salary: AED 7,500 AED 8,500 per month
- Experience: 7-10 years of HSE experience in the UAE, with ADNOC and offshore project exposure.
- Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, and OPITO-approved offshore safety certifications.
- Familiarity with ADNOC's safety standards and operational requirements.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to enforce HSE practices at all levels.
