HSE Engineer- CIVIL Engineer
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the UAE or GCC region ( in high-rise building experience)
- Proven track record in ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- SARS / NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
- Additional certifications like IOSH, OSHA, or Lead Auditor (ISO 45001/14001) are a plus
- UAE/GCC experience in building construction projects is mandatory
- In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE laws and construction safety regulations
- Proven ability to implement HSE management systems and ensure compliance
- Strong experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and corrective action planning
- Ability to conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to liaise with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities
