Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 510 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in OHTL projects.
- Mandatory OHTL project experience.
- OSHA certification required.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and site safety procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure zero harm to personnel and assets.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE standards, rules, and client requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate HSE training based on site activities.
- Implement and monitor HIRA, JSP, and LPP compliance during execution.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure full HSE compliance.
- Maintain and update all HSE documentation and records.
- Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to site management.
- Participate in client meetings to address safety performance and concerns.
- Ensure risk assessments, fire drills, safety inspections, and emergency procedures are properly managed.
- Stay updated with health & safety legislation and communicate changes to the project team.
