About this role:
- Developing and Implementing HSE Policies:
- Formulating, implementing, and revising health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.Training and Education:
- Providing HSE training and educational programs to employees, promoting a culture of safety and environmental awareness.Incident Investigation:
- Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses, and developing strategies to prevent recurrence.Compliance Monitoring:
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to health, safety, and the environment.Emergency Response Planning:
- Developing and implementing emergency response plans to address potential workplace emergencies.Safety Audits and Inspections:
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to safety standards.Communication and Reporting:
- Communicating HSE performance to management and stakeholders and preparing reports on key metrics and initiatives.
Occupational and workplace Health and Safety responsibilities:
In addition to all job-specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Basatin health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations. All employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc. Khidmah HSE department regularly updates existing and introduce new policies, procedures, and practices and each employee is personally responsible to ensure they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions.
Information Security responsibilities:
- Comply with Basatin Information Security Policies
- Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
- Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
- Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
- Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
- Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
- Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Min. 7 to 10 years experience in Landscaping project
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and use your initiative
- With Certifications related to HSE
