Role Purpose
Develop and manage the health, safety, environmental, and security policies for Innovo's land and marine projects. Lead risk assessment, compliance, and incident prevention programs.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement and monitor HSE systems in compliance with ISO/OSHAS and regulatory standards.
- Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Guide project teams on HSE procedures, emergency response, and marine safety (SOLAS/MARPOL).
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with authorities and third-party providers.
- Maintain training schedules and safety certifications.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental/Industrial Safety Engineering
- NEBOSH, IOSH mandatory; MARPOL/SOLAS preferred
- 10–12 years of HSE experience with 5+ years in management
- Proven track record in marine and infrastructure HSE implementation
