Penta Global Engineering Construction Company LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our growing team for Oil & Gas / EPC projects in Abu Dhabi.

If you have a strong background in leading HSE teams, implementing safety management systems, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international HSE standards, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Project HSE Plans, procedures, and safety initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC, OSHAD, and company HSE requirements.
• Develop emergency response plans and monitor project safety performance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams on HSE matters.
• Lead HSE meetings, toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
• Mentor and supervise HSE Engineers, Senior HSE Officers, and HSE Officers.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
• NEBOSH IGC/GC (Mandatory).
• Diploma in Safety/HSE is an advantage.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor / ISO 14001 certification is preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience, including 5+ years in an HSE Manager role within the Oil & Gas/EPC industry.
• Strong knowledge of PTW systems, risk assessments, HSE audits, emergency response, and incident investigation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
