We're Hiring: HSE Officer (Arabic Speaker) – Villa Projects | UAE
We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer (Arabic Speaker) to join our team for prestigious villa construction projects in the UAE.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer in the construction industry.
- Must have proven experience in luxury villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, OSHA standards, and construction safety requirements.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, site inspections, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with project HSE requirements.
- Prepare HSE reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
