Job Summary
The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures at the workplace to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on maintaining a safe working environment, minimizing risks, and promoting a strong safety culture across operations.
Salary: SAR 7500 - 8000

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for employees.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and management on HSE matters.
- Support emergency response planning and drills.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant HSE experience.
- Holds a post-secondary intermediate institute diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven experience working in industrial, construction, or project-based environments.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
