To support the HSE Engineer in implementing safety procedures and promoting a safe working environment on the project site. The HSE Officer ensures that all site personnel comply with company safety standards and UAE regulatory requirements through daily monitoring, inspections, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Graduate of any discipline (Engineering not mandatory).
• Holder of NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
• Preferably has completed OSHAD Practitioner Course (not mandatory).
• Minimum 35 years of UAE experience in construction or industrial HSE roles.
• Good knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessments, and incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor daily HSE activities at the construction site.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.
• Support the HSE Engineer in maintaining safety documentation and records.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Assist in incident reporting and investigations.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response drills.
• Promote a strong safety culture among workers and supervisors.
