Role Purpose
To implement Innovo Infrastructure's health, safety, and environmental policies at project sites, ensuring the safety of personnel, compliance with legal requirements, and protection of assets.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Enforce use of PPE and adherence to safe work procedures.
- Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks.
- Maintain HSE records, including incident and near-miss reports.
- Participate in accident investigations and recommend preventive measures.
- Coordinate with site management to implement safety improvements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety requirements.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification.
- 3–5 years HSE experience in infrastructure/construction projects.
- Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
