Job Details

HSE Officer with 7-10 Years of experience, including 3-4 years in Infrastructure Projects. Preference will be for an engineering stream candidate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline (with MOHESR equivalency)
• NEBOSH IGC or similar safety certifications are desirable
  
  

Knowledge & Skills

• HSE rules, regulations, and practices
• Daily site inspections and safety monitoring
• PPE and safety equipment usage
• HSE training and safety briefing procedures
• Vigilance and situational awareness
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Report writing and basic investigation skills
• Ability to influence and enforce safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills in English. Communication skills in Arabic are a plus
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Implements daily safety practices at site in line with HSE policies.

Conducts HSE training, monitors worker safety behavior, and reports incidents.

Supports the HSE Manager in maintaining a safe working environment.
