HSE Officer
Job Summary
The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies on site, ensuring full compliance with project, client, and UAE regulatory requirements.
Core Responsibilities
●Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and project-specific HSE plans.
●Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and routine safety audits on site.
●Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions.
●Ensure Permit-to-Work (PTW) system compliance, particularly for high-risk activities.
●Deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs to site personnel.
●Liaise with client/consultant HSE representatives and support site audits and inspections.
●Maintain accurate HSE documentation, registers, and statistical reporting.
●Support emergency preparedness planning and drills.

Diploma Level (at least); Bachelor's Degree preferred
Professional Qualifications
NEBOSH IGC | ISO 45001 Awareness Certificate | ADOSH-SF Practitioner (Preferred)
RequirementsHSE Officer — Oil & Gas / Energy (Offshore/Onshore)
Industry Context: Oil & gas and energy sector projects across offshore platforms and onshore facilities.
Industry-Specific Focus Areas (in addition to Core Responsibilities above):
●H2S awareness, gas monitoring, and process safety management (PSM) compliance.
●Permit-to-Work compliance for hot work, confined space entry, and offshore survival/emergency response (BOSIET).
●Marine operations safety (offshore) and ADNOC/OSHAD-SF regulatory compliance.
