Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will help ensure our workplace is safe, compliant, and environmentally sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on-site
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and investigate incidents
- Facilitate safety training sessions for employees to promote safe working practices
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Maintain records and reports related to HSE activities and incidents
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in HSE, preferably in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus
