Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented HSE Section Head to lead our Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a culture of safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
  • Lead risk assessments and safety audits, providing guidance on best practices to enhance workplace safety
  • Conduct HSE training programs for employees and management, ensuring awareness of safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Monitor compliance and performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management
  • Stay updated on evolving HSE regulations and industry trends to maintain compliance and enhance safety practices
  • Manage and lead incident investigations, analyzing data to prevent future occurrences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in HSE within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
  • Proven experience in managing HSE programs and leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred
