We're Hiring | HSE Specialist

A leading hospital group in Mohandessin, Giza is looking for an experienced and motivated HSE Specialist to join our team.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a relevant field.
2–4 years of experience in HSE, preferably within hospitals or healthcare facilities.
Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety standards and regulations.
Good understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response procedures.
Experience in conducting HSE inspections, audits, and safety training.
Ability to prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Good command of English.
Relevant HSE certifications are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across hospital facilities.
Identify hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare related reports.
Deliver HSE awareness sessions and safety training to employees.
Monitor emergency preparedness and support evacuation and emergency response drills.
Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments to promote a safe working environment.
