Provide technical support for HSE systems, hazard control, environmental management, and compliance with international standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure risk controls are applied and documented.
- Compliance with safety procedures and legal standards.
- Improve emergency response and readiness.
- Maintain compliance and sustainability objectives.
- Reduce recurrence of incidents and improve safety KPIs.
- Enhance workers safety knowledge and behavior.
- Reduce chemical hazards and maintain food safety interactions.
- Safe operations for internal and external workers.
- Maintain certification and audit readiness.
- Improve behavioral safety and employee engagement.
- Support ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 audits and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in engineering / science / occupational safety or equivalent.
- HSE Certifications preferred (NEBOSH / OSHA / ISO).
- 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing.
- Preferably food industry or FMCG.
