About the Role

The HSE role is critical in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards are met across all operations. This position will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Develop and deliver training programs on health and safety practices.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to health and safety activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Familiarity with environmental management systems.

Pay range and compensation package

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
