Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree holder in engineering or any related field.
- Experience: 0-1 Year experience in HSE, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Certification: HSE Practitioner Certificate.
- Skills: Knowledge of ISO 45001 auditing, hygiene and Food Safety Standards, GxP internal audits, HSE Standards.
- Language: English and Arabic.
Position Summary
The incumbent holds the responsibility to create a safe working environment in all buildings and sites of BCR in close collaboration with the HSE team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across the organization.
- Promote compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Conduct workplace inspections and identify potential health and safety risks, supporting corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in internal audits and risk assessments related to HSE, GMP, and other quality systems.
- Support the maintenance of ISO 45001 and other relevant management system requirements.
- Assist in delivering HSE awareness and safety training programs to employees.
- Monitor and report HSE performance, incidents, near misses, and safety observations, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support compliance with company policies, occupational health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned.
