We are seeking an experienced HSE Trainer to design and deliver high-impact training programs in Health, Safety & Environment. The role involves developing training content, conducting engaging sessions, and supporting the expansion of our HSE training portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online HSE training programs for corporate clients
- Design and customize course content based on client requirements
- Conduct training needs analysis and recommend suitable programs
- Facilitate workshops on key HSE topics (e.g., workplace safety, risk assessment, incident investigation)
- Ensure training aligns with international standards and best practices
- Develop case studies, assessments, and practical exercises
- Support business development by assisting in proposals and client meetings
- Stay updated with latest HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends

- Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
- Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification (HIRA)
- Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis
- Fire Safety & Emergency Response
- Environmental Management Systems
- Safety Leadership & Culture
- ISO Standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of training experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA , Highfield etc)
- Proven experience in delivering HSE training programs
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage diverse audiences (blue-collar to senior management)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
Preferred
- Experience working with training/consulting firms
- Ability to develop new course offerings independently
- Exposure to multiple industries (construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, etc.)
