Responsibilities
- Enforce HSSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices across the offshore site.
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments (RA), and Toolbox Talks.
- Monitor compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) system for all construction activities.
- Lead safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification programs.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, safety equipment, and emergency response tools.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate emergency response drills (fire, evacuation, man-overboard, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- Level 6 HSSE Certification (NEBOSH Level 6, NVQ Level 6, or equivalent).
- Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, H2S, Medical Fitness).
- Strong knowledge of offshore structural construction activities and hazards.
- 15+ years of experience as HSSE Officer in offshore structural construction projects
(Platforms, jackets, topsides, modules, brownfield modifications, loadout & installation operations).
