Key Responsibilities

HRIS & Employee Data Management

  • Review existing employee records and identify missing, outdated or inconsistent information.
  • Update employee personal, employment, organizational and compensation-related information.
  • Reconcile information in HRIS against existing HR records and source documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Support the migration and/or consolidation of historical employee information into the HRIS.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling employee information.

System Ownership & Optimization

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the system and become the day-to-day system point of contact for the HC team during the assignment.
  • Review how employee information and HC processes are currently captured and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Flag system configuration issues, data gaps or process inconsistencies to the HC team.
  • Support the HC team in establishing clear standards for how employee information should be entered and maintained going forward.
  • Document key processes, data requirements and system guidance to support continued use of HRIS following completion of the assignment.

HR Data & Compensation Support

  • Review and update compensation-related employee data, including base salary, allowances, bonuses and other relevant compensation information, as applicable.
  • Apply a basic understanding of compensation and employee lifecycle processes when reviewing data to identify potential inconsistencies or missing information.
  • Handle all employee and compensation information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion

.

HC Process Support

  • Work closely with the Human Capital team to understand the employee lifecycle and how key HC processes should be reflected within HRIS.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the consistency and efficiency of HC administration through better use of the system.

Key Deliverables

The primary objective of this assignment is to significantly improve the quality and completeness of employee data within Personio. Key deliverables will include:

  • Complete and accurate employee records across the organization.

  • Accurate capture of relevant compensation and employment information.
  • Improved consistency in how HC data is structured and maintained within HRIS.
  • Recommendations for practical system and process improvements.
  • Clear documentation to support ongoing HRIS data maintenance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Capital, HR Operations, HRIS administration or a similar role.
  • Previous experience working with an HRIS or employee management system; experience is essential.
  • Strong systems literacy and confidence learning new platforms quickly.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large volumes of employee data.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of compensation components and employee compensation data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Comfortable performing a role that involves a significant amount of hands-on data entry, validation and reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently against clear deliverables and deadlines.
