The HC Business Partner Director serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning human capital strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, workforce effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of HC strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Oversee employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management programs.
- Ensure effective implementation of talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Partner with Total Rewards to align compensation and incentives with business performance.
- Monitor HC metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance standards.
- Lead and develop the HC Business Partner team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive HR/HC experience, with leadership exposure.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred.
