Job Purpose
The Director of Human Capital will lead and oversee all human capital functions, including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation.
This role is responsible for ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops high-performing talent aligned with its long-term strategic objectives, while fostering a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and continuous evolution of the organization's Human Capital strategy across all HR functions.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development programs.
- Design and manage career progression frameworks, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement strategies.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, compensation structures, and benefits programs.
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics, driving service excellence and enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR matters, organizational design, and workforce trends.
- Ensure full compliance with United Arab Emirate labor law, Emiratization requirements, and Abu Dhabi government HR standards.
- Promote a culture of well-being, accountability, and continuous learning across the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, ensuring capability-building and effective knowledge transfer.
- Ensure adherence to local and federal HSE policies and regulatory standards.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the Chief Executive Officer, in line with the seniority of the role.
Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in HR
