We are currently recruiting for a Human Resource Business Partner- Emiratization for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.

Responsibility-

  • As the HR Strategic Partner, you will deliver business critical advice and strategic support on all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations.
  • Acting as the strategic partner to the management team, you will require complete understanding of the business to assess the people implications of various business strategies and solve business problems through HR based solutions.
  • You will influence, educate, develop and support managers and team members to drive business performance to achieve the company's growth strategy, and build the bridge between business results and people.

Skills-

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources, or Business. A master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years in Human Resources Business Partner and recruitment positions.
  • Specialized training in employment law and preventive labor relations is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic attitude, with a result-oriented and pro-active mindset
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) e.g. Workday.
